The staff were friendly, the room quality was solid, the buffet offered a good variety, and the spa, music, and pool area created a pleasant vibe. The pool itself, however, needs renovation—the mosaic tiles are falling off, and the lobby lounge where guests are welcomed could use an update, but everything else was great.

On the whole, the staff were amazing. It was a very relaxing break and the food was of a decent quality. Evening entertainment was excellent. The room was very comfortable and having a nice bathroom with bath and shower was excellent. I would really like to call out the guy called Mustafa in the sports bar who was without a doubt in the wrong hote, He would be suited in any of the best hotels in the world. He was a proper, proper five-star bar manager who totally looked after me throughout my visit there. Some of the makeshift cocktails just were horrible. The espresso martini was absolutely disgusting and couldn't drink it. Other than that, there was very little to dislike about the whole place

Personnel au top! Aimable et toujours disponible. Nos remerciements tous particuliers à Achraf, responsable des bars, et Kaoutar, en charge des relations publiques. L’un et l’autre ont encore davantage enjolivé un séjour qui était déjà excellent. Nous avons vraiment très bien mangé et l’hôtel s’est avéré très confortable. Merci à toute l’équipe du Be Live et à une prochaine fois!. Les navettes gratuites vers le centre de Marrakech sont un vrai plus… mais leur nombre - et les plages horaires - pourraient être étendus

The staff were impeccable, especially Akram and Wadoud. The only issue was that the bed felt old.

Customer service at guest relations was great, the food variety was good, and the grounds were super clean and beautiful. Initial teething problems were fixed quickly by guest relations, and I appreciated their help and the follow‑ups during my stay ☺️.
