Nothing pleased me. The hotel was awful: dirty, dishonest, and stank terribly of cigarette smoke, especially at night when trying to sleep; everything around smelled and, with no curtains, the morning light only worsened the odor. We never got a good night's rest. The breakfast situation was a separate nightmare; many reviews mention it, but we only found out too late that we had booked a room with breakfast and were denied it, with no compensation or even an apology—just a thousand words explaining why we wouldn't receive the paid breakfast. I strongly advise staying far away from this place.
The location and view were good. The strong tobacco smell permeated the entire hotel, even the rooms. The sheets were dirty, the room wasn’t tidy, and the renovation seemed to have been ongoing for years.
“Hotel em reforma, funcionários depreparados. Estadia confusa.”
I liked the cleanliness, location, and amenities; the hotel was comfortable in some respects. I didn’t like that it was under renovation. Staff were confused, everything was chaotic. When I arrived, they told me there was no breakfast, but I showed my reservation and said I had paid for it. On the first day they brought it to the room, and we had to remind them daily that we had that right because they kept forgetting. The reception was dirty due to the renovation, and we even smelled cigarette smoke in our room and had to complain.
“Exceptionnel”
The reception offered an exceptional welcome. The hotel is in the city center.
