I was greeted by friendly staff, but I couldn't reach the property before arrival to request a rollaway, and the price was almost double what I usually pay, so we only stayed one night. The front desk number should be posted on the website; I left messages on the app and only received an automated reply.

Teenagers in the parking lot were using the lobby restrooms to smoke or vape and yelling for no reason, making the lobby feel like a middle school patio. Nobody at the front desk or bar cared or did anything to keep the lobby relaxed, so I didn't feel safe enough to stay for a drink with my husband.

The hotel lobby, front desk staff, room, and layout were all very nice, and the AC was super cold. But when breakfast arrived, it was a complete joke, a waste of money and terrible—cereal and donuts would have been better than the c*** you served. We took it back to our room, looked at each other, and realized it was so bad we couldn't even eat it.
