The apartment is modern, the kitchen is well equipped for anyone who wants to cook. The room has air‑conditioning, a TV, and a place to unpack. Most importantly, the place is clean and well maintained. The location is great, about 10 minutes to the metro line that connects to Termini station and Rome’s main sights. Around the building there are shops, restaurants, and bars. The owner’s communication is quick and efficient, answering every question. The only issue was that on one night I could hear a loud phone conversation from the person in the adjacent room, but otherwise the stay was quiet.
