The suites are spacious and the general manager is very good. However, the bathroom drains were blocked, the AC leaked, the drainage system was incompatible, mosquitoes buzzed in the rooms, and food was deliberately sent off on a few occasions. Duty managers failed to communicate these honest issues to the general manager.

I had a decent stay here, but it's not a luxury hotel by any means. If you're looking for that kind of experience, you might want to look elsewhere. The rooms are more like serviced apartments, which was fine for me. However, the beds were not very comfortable, the bath tub was tiny, and the 32-inch LED TV in the room didn't even have access to OTT platforms.

I was really impressed with the front office hospitality and the variety of restaurants here. The rooms were spacious and made for a comfortable stay. My only gripe is that the rain showers could be adjusted for a better flow.

The staff here really know how to make you feel welcome - they're friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The only thing that kept me from giving this place a full thumbs up is the shower in the bathroom, which could use a bit of an upgrade. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's always nice to have a better shower.
