“I won’t rebook the rooms don’t look like what’s online”

Downstairs looked amazing. My room had a bad odor at check in I called downstairs they said somebody would come and they never came I just had to sleep through the funk

I liked how closed the property was to universal studios and a lot of restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the value for the price, hotel was expensive 450 for 2 nights, and you have to pay for parking, 34$ a night. And our room had a broken toilet that just ran all day and night, and when we came back from horror nights at 2 am we had no hot water to shower with. So I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I think you can find a better priced hotel that will have a working toilet and hot water
