The reception staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the ambience was good. The food was pricey – for example, the Indian Salad cost 250₹. Outside food is not allowed, and they did not offer Dal Khichadi in the house menu.

The property is semi‑new and the staff work very hard. The air conditioning was not serviced; our room had a leaking unit all night, creating a pool of water in the room.

The hotel is close to the highway, wheelchair and walking access are good, valet parking is available, and bike parking is in the basement. The restaurant is fine and the food is good.

I requested to checkin early and informed that i would leave the same day. The staff allowed to check in 2.5 hrs early. The hotel manager was a decent guy who after knowing about my not so good experience shared at the reception while checking out came and apologised. I do understand his problem that the staff are new and still requires experience. 1.The room didn't had tissues and the one in the washroom was a half soaked roll dried for use. 2.Moisturiser bottle was used and had half moisturiser. 3. Sugar less tea was requested and reiterated 3 times to keep it without sugar. Still the sugar was added. 4. I travelled from Delhi and I am.an indian citizen working in GCC and on leave. I casually informed at the reception that i am on leave for personal reasons and my job is in GCC. Receptionist then wanted my residency proof saying Aadhar doesn't work for me. However, after giving my passport and civil Id, she told that passport is expired (which is valid till end of 2027). Had to explain her that what she is looking is old stamps of residency and has nothing to.do with the passport. Also, Informed her how to check the residency status. This had been the first experience where Aadhar card did not work for me as an Indian citizen and I struggled to prove my residency status to the hotel staff especially noting that Ramee grp is well known in GCC

The food and stay were awesome, and the location next to D‑Mart is great; nothing negative to mention.
