The staff were always available for any question, and the breakfast was truly exceptional with a historical touch. During lunch we learned a lot about culture, reasons, and origins, making it a real tour guide experience.
The room was impeccably clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom spacious with a window. For breakfast, yogurt and cereals should always be served, plus two more courses.
The facility is great, accepting four‑legged animals, with spacious rooms and a delicious terrace breakfast that included pleasant chats with the manager Daniele – highly recommended.
The location was very good for a visit to Lucca, with a bus stop and parking right in front of the door. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

The digital box equipment and the clear explanations before arrival gave us great schedule flexibility, and the value for money was excellent. The only downside was the worn base of the shower wall, though it was still clean.
