The hotel's inflexibility with checkout times was a major letdown. I was asked to vacate my room at 9 PM, despite the listed checkout time being 11 AM. To make matters worse, they charged me ₹2000 for the stay and then demanded an additional ₹500 to let me stay till the next day's checkout time. The staff's behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional throughout the ordeal.

This hotel is perfect for families and couples, with excellent service, friendly staff, and spotless hygiene. It's a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was a real gem, with a lovely atmosphere and comfortable rooms. It was a shame that the noise from the street could be heard in the rooms, but that was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

We were really impressed with the hotel's amenities, including the fast internet and hot shower. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. However, we were a bit miffed that they promised a free breakfast but didn't deliver.
