The building is well maintained even though it’s not new; the rooms are spacious, the common areas are always clean, brightly lit, organized, and tidy.

The views are very nice, and the location is good and somewhat walkable to the city center—about a 10‑minute walk, which wasn’t an issue for us, although there’s no proper sidewalk and it feels uncomfortable and unsafe to walk after sunset. The hotel used to be good, but now it looks old and too big for the staff that maintain it, which shows in the reception, cleaning, and general state of the rooms. When we checked in and entered the room, we immediately noticed two room fans—why would you need those in a hotel with A/C listed in the amenities? The A/C isn’t cooling at all, either because it has no refrigerant or it’s turned off centrally, who knows. Our room’s temperature stayed at 26.5 °C even after a full night of the fan running (the A/C was set to 19 °C). It’s a real shame; this hotel could have been a great place to stay if it were maintained properly, but until then I would not recommend it.

It’s a pity that the hotel is in these conditions, even though the views are beautiful. Apparently, when you enter it seems immaculate because our room was renovated, but it’s full of flies and mosquitoes; since the hotel is in nature, they should put mosquito nets on the windows. They only gave us a pair of slippers for one person, and normally rooms with two beds get two; there are no bathrobes. The hotel’s smell is awful—stale—and they should use air fresheners instead of harsh cleaning products, which make the scent suffocating. The price‑quality ratio isn’t worth it, and breakfast ends at 09:30, so you can’t rest if you miss it. The bed headboard screws are dusty, the room fridge isn’t plugged in so the drinks inside stay hot, the curtains are dirty, the mattress is dirty, there are dead mosquitoes stuck to the wall, the bathroom and room bins have no trash bags, the toilet paper looks like bar napkins, and you can hear everything—hallway noises, the room next door, everything. The only good thing is the hotel staff are very pleasant and the views are amazing if your room faces the lake.

Very clean, comfortable, magnificent view. Staff were attentive. We stayed there because of its proximity to the airport and it was an excellent choice in a very pleasant place. The ground‑floor facilities are old.
