My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible efforts of the front desk manager, Prashant Dubey. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and well taken care of, and his dedication to his work is truly inspiring - every hotel would be lucky to have someone like him on their team. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.
