I liked the location near Paseo de Gracia and the variety of shops, and the view from the third floor was nice. In the evenings I could see the trees, and at night I could see the moon. I wish the lockers had personal locks or were sold there.

The best thing was the location. There was a lot of noise at night, the bathroom was dirty and the floor was always wet. At night people were sleeping in the common areas and one time I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and a person was staring at me from the hallway, which scared me a lot. To top it off, they didn’t return my ID when I booked and I had to go back the next day to pick it up.

Nothing positive. The room was in very bad condition, my husband was treated poorly because he didn’t speak Spanish, and I will never return; I’m sorry, I’m telling the truth.
