Everything was fine, but I was charged for an injury that happened there.

The hotel was clean and the service good, yet I tripped on a rug after a maid moved a serving tray, causing a glass of wine to spill onto the sheet when my head hit the floor; I spent a day in bed and felt dizzy for three days, and they still charged me for the sheets without compensating me for my $600 US glasses that were destroyed.
