The location is good, the bed is comfortable, the atmosphere is very good, and there’s a café. In the first room the hot water tap in the shower didn’t work and the door couldn’t be closed. In the second room there was no water flow in the sink, and the toilet had no water supply; the toilet doors were transparent and there wasn’t enough privacy. For an entire week I didn’t receive a towel even though they had them, and the staff almost every morning told me to check out and disturbed my sleep even though I didn’t need to leave. The room wasn’t very clean; there were many spider webs and dust, and the maintenance level of the facilities was very low. Overall the place was nice but the experience was terrible.

The view was amazing—listening to the river flow while sleeping was so calming, and the host was incredibly kind, definitely a 10/10. The rooms stayed tidy, room service was stellar, the main market was a short walk, and parking was available on site. Nothing else to complain about.

The room was comfortable and in perfect order; it would have been nice to have a seating area with a table. The shared spaces were uninviting and lacking, and the location wasn’t very accessible.

“Super Duper Stay at Value for Money in Kasol Main Market.”

Everything from the location to the staff was great, the food tasted good, and room service was available. The cafe’s outdoor seating with a bonfire at night was the cherry on top. The rooms were cozy, clean, spacious, and super duper clean.
