The executive lounge was great, but the AC was a little noisy and some of the staff were not very friendly; the product is getting a bit tired.

The spot is great, but checking in takes longer than expected.

Seda is always a favorite whenever I'm in Cebu, and the location is everything!

The location is convenient, just next to the mall, yet the hallways feel dingy and could use new carpet and fresh paint.
