L'emplacement géographique est super (bord de lac). L'accueil et l'ensemble du personnel sont sympathiques . Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents. Les badges d'accès à notre chambre n'ont pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour. On nous a donné une simple clé pour 2 à la place. On a pris une chambre vue lac, donc avec supplément, et les lits jumeaux étaient plus petits (2 x 80 cm) que ceux de la chambre simple de nos amis (2 x 1 m). Le bar d'extérieur en bord de lac était fermé à 19h00

The location is great, the village is very pretty, and the setting in a wooded, quiet area is lovely. The Michelin‑starred restaurant is excellent and the venue itself is beautiful. The pool is set in a charming setting.

Huge kudos to the staff: they are very warm and accommodating. Overall, the property is nice. If not for the word “if”: – Under the bed there was dust that wasn’t from yesterday. – The flowers in the balcony planters need more love and care; some branches are dry and the plants are very small, which is not nice. – The garden or green area by the pool and in the courtyard was untended; the empty flower pots were just left there. The plants also needed more care. – The pool area and loungers were not good either; the covers and pillows on the loungers were partially moldy and were not put away in the evenings. In the mornings they were still there and lay on the loungers again. The film on the pool is peeling and you can see the air bubbles. There is a greenish film on the walls (probably caused by standing water) and getting in and out of the pool is very troublesome.
