The place is clean and well-located, but the overall service was terrible.

Everything was perfect, every staff member was very nice

I would’ve liked better housekeeping service; I came back to find my beds weren’t made one day, and I didn’t get refills of stuff from day to day.

Everything was amazing. Nothing

The room was amazing, clean, the bed very comfortable, and I loved having a mountain view. The breakfast buffet was really good, and all the staff were very friendly. It's a good location, not too far from the city center. The breakfast was very good, even though it wasn't included; it was a buffet and they charged it to the room.
