I arrived to what was basically a construction site and stayed for only an hour. I usually work outside, but it was impossible in such a messy environment. Everything was cheap and poorly maintained. I immediately booked another hotel and asked for a refund. The staff first agreed, saying they would return the money once confirmed, but that never happened. Now they cite a non‑refundable policy. I understand that properties need to be developed, but in that case guests should be clearly warned about the actual conditions before booking. My refund has still not been processed after a month, and the issue remains unresolved. I will keep pursuing it.

I was in the city centre and could check out late. The staff spoke almost no English, so communication was tough. The place didn’t look like the photos; it felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The outside area seemed unfinished, maybe under renovation or partially overgrown.
