I didn’t realize how close we were to the center of Broadway—just a 2‑minute walk into the heart of NY where tourists flock for photos. The price was great for such a prime spot, and the staff were amazing, super helpful, and made us feel welcomed. Although I loved the convenience and the staff, I think the place could use a little upgrade; it has an old‑timey feel and the rooms were a bit small, but it was still a great stay for the price.

Location is fine. The bathroom fan was missing, there was no water bottle replacement, TV reception was poor, the fridge didn’t work, and the safe was non‑functional.
