The cleanliness was deplorable, the fridge wasn’t working, the kitchen area was an unbearable mess, we complained to the host but no one was present nor did they find a solution; frankly, whoever runs a property must protect guests. We hope this message reaches others and that the platform takes action or imposes a penalty.

The spot’s in the middle of town and the sea view from the large balcony is pretty good. Katarina was a genuinely kind lady, though she couldn’t speak English so getting things across was a bit tough. The kitchen looked old and the cupboards had a noticeable smell; it could use a little updating. The toilet flush leaked, leaving us without water for an entire day.

The rooms were nice and the balconies offered stunning views of the city.

“Unglaublicher Aufenthalt gewesen, man hatte seine Ruhe und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf ganz Sarandë.”

Katharina, Leo’s mother, is such a warm and caring person. She always made sure we had what we needed, even hanging our laundry when it rained and we weren’t there. In the first few days we had the place all to ourselves, then a lovely couple came along who also had their own room. The walk from the accommodation down to the beach was fine, a gentle descent that took 7 minutes. The return up was a bit tiring but still doable.

“Super Aussicht - was will man mehr!?!?”

Walking to the centre is easy, though the hill is steep. The balcony view is fantastic and there’s plenty of space for two travelers, like two bathrooms. Leo is very friendly and helpful, and his mother is just as good! The kitchen equipment is poor and the whole place is quite dirty—Leo hasn’t been there in a long time but he’s trying. You’ll need some stamina for the up and down walks.
