The room was huge, almost an apartment, missing only a kitchen, but it even had a laundry/drying tower! The air‑conditioning was great because it’s a roof room, the bathroom was large and beautiful, and the big TV came with a stereo system. There were plenty of sockets everywhere. The bed was a bit short, but you can lie across it alone. More Nespresso capsules would have been nice. For tall people, watch out for the beams in the room.

I was shouted at by the lady’s husband for not arriving at the time I wanted to check in. After a 7‑hour drive from the UK I needed more peace that day. I couldn’t respond or see their messages because I was focused on driving safely. When the host was not available they should have a self‑check‑in system, and there are many such systems to purchase. He told me to keep driving for a few more hours until he came home to open the door. This was weird.

We spent one night at this beautiful property. It’s very quiet, perfect for a good rest. Aline welcomed us wonderfully into this little cocoon.
