The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location is lovely—just on the canal with a beautiful view, and very central. The water throughout the property was between tepid and lukewarm—never fully cold or hot. The front door at one point didn’t close properly, which didn’t feel secure, but this seemed to be fixed quickly when I informed the property managers. It would be good to have a hand towel in the bathrooms and a hair dryer in the rooms.

Nothing positive. Awful. I got locked out of my room for an hour and a half. I had to beg them to send someone to let me in. They kept telling me that the electronic lock worked but it didn’t. I finally called the police and was about to call a locksmith. I sat on the floor in the hall until 1 AM begging them to help me. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen, which was dirty. A wet towel on the floor in the shower, and a dirty toilet with no shower brush. There is no sign and no indication that this is a hotel. It is likely illegal.

Clean, pillows, sheets, mattress, sink in the room. No Wi‑Fi, a kitchen but no gas for the stove, no response to requests via WhatsApp.

It was a very clean quiet riverside environment. Very clean to the city centre. The previous user left a dirty plate in the common area.
