“Perfect. My partners first time in Marrakech. A great city and a great time”
Anna and her crew were fantastic—warm and helpful. The night managers, Mohammed and Mohammed, were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Riad Tala isn’t in the city center, so it’s always quiet and peaceful. Everything was fine, so I’m happy with it. The place felt very authentic. We didn’t have time to use the pool or rooftop, but the facilities were great.
“Un séjour agréable avec une chambre pratique propre et un hôte chaleureux et accueillant.”
Mohammed was very welcoming and kind, doing everything to make our stay smooth and available at all times. He adapted to us arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. The place was beautiful, calm, and clean. The rooms were comfortable and practical. Breakfast was good and varied. The location was a bit hard to find at first if you don’t know it. We thought there would be an open terrace or a rooftop terrace, but the only common area we found was the one by the pool with chairs inside the riad, which was still pretty nice.
The people were friendly. The place was beautiful.
The staff at the riad were very welcoming. Breakfast was good. The location is optimal. The Wi‑Fi kept cutting out repeatedly.
“Beautiful riad with a comfy room, just a shame about the water..”
The riad looked beautiful inside and was peaceful. The room was large and the bed comfortable. We got extra towels and pillows when we asked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing after 8 hours of walking around in 36° heat. It’s about a 15‑minute walk from the square, but there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within 5 minutes. The shower trickled and took about 7 minutes to warm up, which was disappointing after a long day; we mentioned it 2 or 3 times but nothing changed. The tap to the sink barely had water too. That’s why we gave the riad a lower score. We were also a little disappointed that breakfast didn’t match the pictures; we were told it changes every day, so we opted to go to a café each morning instead.
