Only the cleanliness was acceptable. I didn’t like anything about this place. The window wouldn’t open properly because a bed was blocking it. To use the air conditioner, you have to pay €10 per day, and to use the washing machine and dryer, it’s also €10. I can understand paying for laundry, but €10 for air conditioning is outright robbery. The room itself was a disaster. It’s about 5 square meters at most and meant for two people, though in the photos it looked much more spacious. The lower bunk bed is awful—you can only lie down on it because sitting is impossible. Your head simply won’t fit unless you’re a 5‑year‑old child. Maybe then you could sit, but not otherwise. I definitely do not recommend this apartment—it’s a complete nightmare. How can anyone even rent out something like this for such money, especially for two people? The soundproofing is horrible. In the next room, there was a man who snored, made noises, smelled bad, and everything was constantly audible. The only positive thing I can mention is that it was always clean, and everything was in English. Oh, and don’t forget to pay an extra €30 if your stay goes past 12:00 a.m.

Clean place with very good equipment and close to all amenities. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but nothing negative.

I stayed for three days and liked that supermarkets and greengrocers were close by, letting me cook freely in the kitchen and save money, though I had to tidy up afterwards. The staff accepted my luggage before check‑in; I arrived around 11 am, left my bags, and the room was cleaned afterward. Two separate shower‑toilet rooms meant I could use them without crowding. When I tried to use the laundry, I was told it cost 15 €, while nearby laundries were only 3 €, so the latter was cheaper. Depending on the room, one side of the shower room lacks a vent, so humidity stays high after showering, but opening the door and window helps a bit.

The room was exactly like the pictures, comfortable bed with a good pillow. The apartment and specially the bathrooms were super clean, with everyday care which was nice. The kitchen has everything you need with a separate space in the fridge to put the things you buy. I arrive to the apartment 1 hour earlier and it wasn't a problem at all. Rooms were secure with a passcode on the door and a lock in the closets. Location is good but depends where you want to go, it's 30 min walk to Plaza Cataluña. But there is a metro station 2 blocks away so conectivity was good. A couple of nights the washing machine was set to work late and it was a little noisy to fall sleep. The room's window looks at the interior so the room needs to have the lights on day and night
