Our 12‑night stay at Hotel Bonita went very well overall, and I recommend it without hesitation. The staff were fantastic: a big thank you to the whole team for their warm welcome, responsiveness, and great professionalism. Special mention to Youssouf, who was exceptional, caring, and supportive from start to finish! The location is ideal: the hotel is right next to public transport and the Golden Horn ferry, and just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar. Areas for improvement: housekeeping needs adjustment, as the room was cleaned only 3 times during our stay instead of the 6 times planned (based on a two‑day interval). Also, the soundproofing is a bit lacking against the noise from the nearby construction site and street vendors. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience remains very positive and I recommend the hotel.
