The staff were always very attentive, always looking for the best way to help and serve. The place was very clean and well maintained. The meals were well prepared and varied. On weekends and holidays the venue gets quite crowded.

The rooms were clean, the pools were good, and breakfast was amazing. We stayed in two rooms, but they were far apart from each other.

The breakfast was spectacular, and the hotel itself was spectacular.

The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean and plentiful, and the room was tidy; maintenance quickly fixed the AC issue we had. However, the kitchen had no utensils at all—no water glass, no plate or fork—even though there were cabinets for storage, which was a real let‑down. The shower needed repair because it was clogged and water sprayed everywhere.
