The beds hurt our backs. The room/AC was musty. Housekeeping never showed up. I was told something was gluten‑free when it wasn’t, which made me sick. The noise level at 11 pm was unacceptable for both nights, and during the second night someone actually tried to open our door. For almost $500 for 2 nights, I could have stayed at a Days Inn for much less and been far more comfortable. We’ve never stayed at a Marriott before, but we’ll never do it again.

The breakfast left something to be desired, but the worst part was that I never received a receipt for the 117.000 ISkr I paid; without it I can't claim a refund from my employer.
