The location and reception were good, but the sofa was stained and I couldn't even think about the mattress, which was lumpy and lacked a top cover.

The room was great, and the restaurant impressed me with its interesting food; catching the World Cup game on TV added to the fun. The staff handled my order efficiently and delivered it promptly. However, the hotel gym was noticeably underwhelming.

I didn’t feel comfortable because I thought I was staying in a hotel room, but it turned out to be a private flat, even though the advertising claimed it was part of the hotel chain.
