The environment was very good, and everything was great.

The staff were friendly, I booked for my parents and the next day I heard their message saying the experience was amazing 🤩🤩 Early check‑in let them use the outdoor facilities (pool, parking, restaurant 🫶👏) and they even helped connect the internet on my dad’s phone, a small detail that made the stay completely pleasant and worthwhile 🥰 Thank you Hotel Viking for all the support to my parents and see you next time ✈️

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, but the shower water was extremely cold and the experience was horrible.
