The bath was good; my skin felt smooth and warm. The meals were also satisfactory. At night, even just in the lobby, the lights were on, so when I went to the bath it was a little dark.

The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable to stay in, and the staff were courteous. However, the rice cooker meal was mistakenly served as plain white rice instead of the expected kamameshi, which was disappointing.
