The staff were friendly, the hotel was relatively clean, but the area felt unsafe; the building was old and worn, though it seemed they were working on it, and the surroundings were only marginally shady.

The hot water worked and there was no outside noise, but the room clearly needs an update: the bathroom tiles were missing, the towels were very thin, the bed shifted down when I sat on it and made a creaking noise with every move, and the toilet ran the whole time.

The man at front desk was polite. First room (145) he out me in smelled like wet dog. He moved me to room 111 which had dirty wash cloths hanging on shower rod and ceilings falling down in bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. It's scheduled from 6am - 9am. When we arrived for breakfast at 7:45 all it consisted of was 2 packs of dry oatmeal and the choice between 2 types of dry cereal. And saw absolutely nothing to drink

The location was great, the staff were very polite, and the beds were super comfortable in hot water, though parking was a little awkward but still manageable.
