The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist, the restaurant manager, and the lady at breakfast; the breakfasts were absolutely luxurious and extraordinary, with a thoughtfully curated selection and a lovely atmosphere. However, the room cost 5200,- per night and did not live up to the price: the wooden paneling extended to the ceiling, everything could be heard, it felt like a campsite, and the room was small. The wellness area charged an extra 450,- per person, which is acceptable, but the pool and relaxation zone were very nice. The total price per night was 6100,-. In conclusion, I will definitely return to the restaurant, but for the same price I would prefer to stay at Kempinski.

The breakfast was excellent, the location superb, and the place truly beautiful in the heart of Palava, with a fantastic restaurant and staff. Honestly, after returning I’m questioning whether the price‑performance ratio is justified; we had a Royal Room entirely in white, but the cleaning was not 100 %—small items in corners and the rug under the table were not vacuumed. I would expect 100 % cleanliness. The white pillows, armchairs, and other furnishings were already worn. It’s clear the room had seen better days. The wellness was only open until 20:00, so during the day you can hike, but in the evening you can’t go to the wellness. I recommend tightening the cleaning standards. A charging station for electric cars was missing. Please don’t take my rating as a harsh criticism; the entire property is truly beautiful, but I still feel the price‑performance ratio is off.

The place was truly gorgeous, though we were only there briefly and didn’t get to use the wellness zone. The staff were very kind, and we received a coffee museum entry for our stay—a very nice spot with an interesting exhibition. Breakfast was excellent, but bad weather meant the breakfast area wasn’t very spacious. It’s a shame the beautiful terraces can’t be used on rainy days. We look forward to returning for more days.
