The receptionist ANJ treated us wonderfully. When we arrived she informed us that the pool was closed for maintenance and did everything she could to make sure that didn't ruin our stay. The beach was gorgeous and almost empty. The only downside was that we weren't told beforehand that the pool was under maintenance.

The tiny beach gives direct access for swimming and snorkeling, with a lovely view over the lagoon and nature.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean (and smelled clean) and cool (the AC was running when we first entered). There’s a nice private beach right in front of the hotel restaurant. The toilet wasn’t properly separated from the bed/living room area; the plastic door was poorly installed and didn’t close sound‑ or smell‑proofly.

The view is great, the staff are amazing, kind, generous and extremely supportive and helpful. It sits right on a secluded beach. Swimming and snorkeling are superb, and their tours are fantastic. There’s a shop for goodies and nearby restaurants with great food. The breakfast didn’t match my tastes and had not enough variety, maybe catering to a different clientele; sometimes it was cold. The omelets and the chef are great. They only serve Coco Pops and Rice Bubbles, no muesli or yogurt or much fresh fruit. The bar is light on and often closed; there’s not much variety, no gin and tonic.

ホテルのプライベートビーチがとても美しかったです。珊瑚やたくさんの魚も見れて、子供が大喜びでした。 部屋の2面が窓の素敵なお部屋だったので、海やビーチが見えました。天気の良い日は、透き通った海の中まで見えて、とても美しかったです。 お部屋の広さも充分あり、ベッドも心地よかったです。 またスタッフの方達は大変親切で、レンタカー等の相談に乗ってくださいました。 お掃除も明るく感じの良いスタッフさんが、綺麗にしてくださいます。 朝食は日替わりで色々なメニューがありました。 シャワーはお湯が出ます。ホテルから徒歩圏内に、ミニマートやレストランがいくつかあります。 レンタカーはホテルの駐車場に停められるので、あると便利です。 また泊まりたいなと思いました。. 部屋に小さな蟻が出現します。ホテルのスタッフさんに言うと殺虫剤をまいてくれて、１日ほど見なくなりますが、また出てきます。またまいてもらうと見なくなります。 ですが、パラオのどこに行っても大体たくさんの蟻がいるので、そう言うものなんだと思います。殺虫剤をまいてもらうと良いと思います。 シャワーの水圧は弱いです。でもお湯は温かいのが出ます。 トイレはトイレットペーパーは流してはいけないタイプです。 ですが、こちらもパラオのどこに行っても大体がそうなので、そう言うものだと思います。 お掃除を清潔にしていただけるので、そんなに気になりませんでした。
