The location is good, the beds are comfy, the front desk staff are friendly, and the water is free. However, the room was not clean—hairs covered the bathroom, the mirror looked never wiped, the carpet was gross, and there was mold all over the ceiling.

The king‑size bed was comfortable, check‑in was quick and easy, and breakfast offered many tasty options. The pull‑out sofa bed was not at all comfortable, and we lacked enough blankets for it; if the hotel claims the room will comfortably sleep three, the sofa bed should match the other beds. The floor was slick, possibly needing a good scrub or just leftover cleaner.

The staff were excellent—always friendly and responsive—and breakfast had a wide variety of tasty dishes. Unfortunately, the outlets in our room didn’t work, making it hard to charge my phone and laptop.
