The room was spacious and the kitchen area was functional, and the staff service was adequate. The parking was far away at night, and the hot water was cut off one day.

The place and rooms were fantastic and the staff was polite and professional, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no fresh fruit besides an apple or an orange, no pancake or waffle station, and the muffins were shrink‑wrapped Otis Spunkmeyer instead of a tray of fresh muffins with a bagel and bread station. The oatmeal station was underwhelming, and I would suggest revamping it to match other hotel breakfasts such as those at the Hyatt.

The room was a nice big space and very comforting, but at night it was darkly lit. Also, why charge a parking fee when it’s right in a huge parking lot?
