The spot was spot on, and the staff were friendly. The room stayed clean, but the breakfast fell short and lacked variety.

The location was fine. The breakfast disappointed us—only one or two burnt items, the same food for the entire week, and the plates and forks had a bad smell, raising hygiene concerns. They offered us a free upgrade, yet the room still had mold in the bathroom and overall felt like a standard room because the pictures matched. We had to call them because the room wasn’t cleaned for the first three days; only trash was taken out and towels changed. They resolved that quickly.

The hotel’s location was great, the staff were wonderful—especially Ekrem bey—and the breakfast was good. Everything else was perfect!

The place was well‑situated. The first room had a cigarette smell, but we were moved to another room.

The location was excellent—inside the Istiklal area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel had a fresh renovation, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and had a comfortable bathroom. Overall, everything was very enjoyable. The breakfast was average compared to other Istanbul hotels; more variety would be nice, but there were eggs, omelette, sausage, bread, butter, vegetables, and coffee—everything needed. One small note: bring insect repellent, as there were mosquitoes in the room that bit everyone.
