The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern, the food was amazing, and the restaurant offered a very nice view of Kigali.

The room was huge and super comfy, and the Bistro dishes were tasty. The only downside was that the hotel had no backup generator, so the power went out for hours.

The location was perfect and as a solo, female traveler I felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were outstanding. Very clean and modern. There is a little shop in the hotel were you can buy snacks, drinks and gifts. The food in the restaurant was excellent. There are limited breakfast options and you have to make sure you switch the boiler on to heat the hot water but it is Africa and so things will be different if you are from another country. I loved this little boutique hotel and I would stay again. I was not given any check in information at all e.g. restaurant or breakfast details other than that I had no issues
