It felt welcoming and the staff were great. Breakfast was tasty, and the timing worked well for me since I’m not an early bird. The couch was a bit warm, and we didn’t like having to flip a master switch to control the vanity lights and overhead bedroom lights. Other than that, the rooms were good.

“Fairly decent for the area”

The location was solid, close to a few restaurants and in a quiet area. Overall the hotel was clean, though the ground floor had a musty smell that wasn’t on the upper floors. Breakfast was very good. The king suite was large enough, and there was ample self‑parking, though it comes with a fee. The room view was awful, overlooking the roof of the entrance, and the shower curtain didn’t close completely, so the floor got wet. The pet fee of $150 per stay is on the high side for hotels, and the bottom floor still had that musty smell.

The room was clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly, plus the location was great. The hot tub was broken (and apparently has been for a while), and there isn’t much outdoor space.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, where every aspect of the property exceeded my expectations. From the immaculately clean rooms and public areas to the exceptional customer service, I felt right at home. However, it was disappointing to find that the Jacuzzi was still out of order, which was a major letdown considering how much I was looking forward to relaxing in it.
