A nice hotel right where we wanted to stay, and the price was reasonable.

The bell boy was helpful, but some reception staff at the desk and the restaurant seemed robotic and lacking service, except for the busboy and the kitchen crew who were friendly. My husband felt discriminated against and as if the staff didn’t want to welcome low‑budget guests, even though I understand they’re working hard. Their hospitality fell short.
