The service was bad, the area around the pool felt unsafe, I had to nag to get the room cleaned, breakfast was very basic, and the hotel doesn't match a four‑star rating.

The beach is about a 10‑minute walk away, it's central for strolling to other attractions, the Tuck Tuck to Hua Hin is fine, and the courtyard and pool area are very pleasant. The deck around the pools is a bit worn, the terrace furniture is missing, and maintenance was lacking but still acceptable.
