Breakfast was decent. When we got to our room, there was no hand soap, no toilet paper, and the faucet leaked everywhere when turned on. There was no remote for the AC, which was already on at 17 °C, so we had to open the cover and turn it off manually. The window couldn’t close fully. We reported all of this that night and again in the morning; a technician was promised at 12 h. When we returned, only the faucet was fixed. The shower door was melted with a hole in the middle, and the walls were either dirty, old, or had mold signs. The last three nights were very cold, and the broken window was a real problem. Bedroom sheets and towels were changed during our stay, but we never received new rolls of toilet paper (had to ask for them) or hand soap (we bought our own). The room itself—walls, beds, wardrobes—was old and clearly in need of replacement.

Everything was great, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

I highly recommend this hotel; the location is ideal, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always available to assist. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. I had an excellent stay and will gladly return. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality.

The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is quiet.
