I never got to stay there, so nothing positive to mention. On the day of my intended arrival, the hotel abruptly cancelled my reservation without any explanation, even though I was already on the plane and my credit card was active through a booking agency. They only cited “Hotel Policy” and gave no reason; it felt extremely dishonest and awful. The hotel was full that day, meaning my room was taken by another guest, and I had to scramble for nearby accommodation—an experience I never expected. I had no fault, yet the hotel’s conduct was the lowest I’ve seen.
