The location is very central. The staff’s service is terrible; I never want to leave bad reviews, especially when I see families staying at the hotel, but I have to share my experience. Small things like greeting guests, providing tissue paper (apparently the shared room doesn’t include that), and keeping the space clean (the beds were dusty, probably because no one had been there for a long time) are lacking, and the Wi‑Fi works only half the time. I already gave this feedback to the French staff; it’s no surprise the house is empty given the treatment I received. You can find other hostels with better facilities near the city center.
