“Ni bien ni mal”
The hotel is right on the beach, yet the pool staff, especially a lady named Katerin, treated us terribly and spoke to us in a horrible way, which was dreadful. We were six families and decided to leave.
“Our stay was bad, cloudy and the beach was dirty and smell so bad.”
The room was tidy and spacious, but early‑morning phone calls pushed things we weren’t after, and I can’t fathom how a room with central air could smell of marijuana so often that we had to use a RAID spray to get rid of the odor and the roaches. We left a day early because it was unbearable, parked in a public lot and paid $60.00, which felt excessive.

The value, location and comfort are superb, and the staff are awesome! Check‑in with Aleshka was smooth; she’s sweet and professional. I highly recommend it, whether you’re solo or traveling with family. The only drawback is that it’s a little dated, but that doesn’t matter compared to the positives.
