Luxury 6 Berth Holiday Caravan

A spacious caravan tucked into a quiet park, and the heated outdoor pool was absolutely lovely.

Everything looked beautiful, but there was no Wi‑Fi, so our phones were useless and the network was weak.

The other guests and owners were very friendly, and the staff—from the young lad waiting tables to the manager I spoke with—were amazing and went above and beyond; the site was clean and well kept, the bar menu and drinks were ample and well priced, the outdoor pool was hot, clean and well maintained, the large children’s play area was suitable for all ages and again clean and well looked after, and the arcade was good with a large selection of machines and is a lot bigger than shown in the photos when booking; the site shop didn’t have a huge selection but had everything you would need or normally forget, including swimming nappies. Honestly nothing comes to mind.

“Not sure I’d use booking.com again”

Other than the holiday park being as helpful as they could and they are also relying to do there part which they still haven’t hence only being able to write on here as impossible to actually speak to anyone. We were unable to stay at this property and the staff at the site were very helpful and advised they would authorise a refund , booking .com has still not yet followed this through
