I love the location, the staff are super friendly and always ready to help, the breakfast is good, and everything feels very comfortable and clean. If you have trouble sleeping, ask for a room that isn’t the budget one because the front desk area can be noisy with guests arriving or leaving early in the morning; we didn’t mind it, and they even mentioned it to us when we checked in.
Everything was wonderful: the hotel was clean and cozy, the breakfasts were tasty, and the staff were pleasant and responsive; we left with only positive memories. Thank you for the hospitality! We’d gladly stay here again.

The hotel is great in the heart of Istanbul, with a very convenient location—many sights are within walking distance. There is an elevator, which is very handy with a child and for older guests. We booked a large family room and are very satisfied with our choice (5 adults and 1 child under 2 years). The room was clean, cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help or advise on any questions. The breakfasts were delicious.
