The arrangements were excellent, making the stay feel like home; the staff were very caring and went out of their way to meet requests, and the F&B options were exceptional with the chef delivering high‑quality meals from breakfast through dinner. The rooms seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The hotel was good, but I was charged twice what the hotel listed. The hotel’s standard rate is 8500 rs including GST, yet bookings.com charged me 15008 rs, which was unexpected. Fair pricing is needed; a 5–10 % margin is acceptable, but here the charge was almost double.

Everything was top‑grade: the spot, the staff, the hotel itself – all 10/10 from me, though the price was a bit high.
