“Great stay”

Everything that mattered met our expectations – the staff, the room, the amenities – all were great 😊 The Wi‑Fi was spotty, but that didn't matter much to us. I would stay again.

“Ging gerade so”

The reception was again very friendly. The location is superb and there was a fruit platter. I was very satisfied with the nice staff. I had stayed here for six nights before and got a nice room, so I always book the better room, the large double. This time I was very disappointed. The bathroom was in a desolate state, the tiles were dirty, and the room was right next to the elevator. I specifically asked for a relatively quiet room. The mattress was terribly sagging, the other one was fine. It probably has to do with how many nights you stay. Last time the room was flawless. But this time, the shower, fixtures, and broken tiles were truly unacceptable. Sorry, dear staff, but you really cannot sell this room as the pricier one.

“Very good hotel in a very good location close to the beach and good management”

The hotel is very good, located in a nice spot close to the beach and Main Street in Hurghada. The management was very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean.
