Stefano was a very friendly and attentive host. The room was super clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was a bit lacking—everything was too sweet.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. But there was no air conditioning, the bedding was far too firm for us, and the breakfast had dirty food.

The room was nice for a one‑night stay, the breakfast was acceptable, and there was a car spot outside—good value for money. The location is a drawback: the neighborhood has nothing at all, so you need a car. There is a nearby bus stop, but the frequency is poor.

The property was clean and welcoming.

Free parking in front of the property, a working fridge, and the manager’s kindness (when we pointed out that the kettle didn’t match the two‑cup size, he let us take two from the breakfast area). The room was spacious. However, the actual room looked a bit sad—ground floor, poorly lit, a window that’s hard to open, and two closed doors that face each other between the room and the bathroom—unlike the sunny, well‑maintained rooms in the photos. The mattress was hard.
