The food was really good, the staff friendly, and there was a great offer for children, but it was time to replace some furniture; the upholstered pieces already had stains and the front panels looked worn, and cleaning should pay more attention to corners, especially in the bathroom.

The location, facilities, and cleanliness were really great, but the food was truly not good, which is a real disappointment; if the food had matched the rest, it would have definitely earned a 9.5 for the price.

Getting to the thermal spa was super easy, though the one step up for a stroller was a bit of a hassle; the dinner could have been kept warmer a little longer.

The hotel offers a nice kids’ program, but this time it didn’t feel like our first visit – the food quality had dropped noticeably, with some dishes being stale, cold, or overcooked; the room’s cleanliness also slipped, as our toilet had a strong urine smell and the shower tiles and enclosure showed mold and limescale, which isn’t impossible but wasn’t the norm before.

The room wasn’t clean, and there were hairs in the bathroom.
